Hedgini offers all landlords free listing plan that allows them to list their properties for free and then hedgini will review and market your property for free and generate leads from interested tenants for free.

Listing a property on Hedgini platform is easy and only takes a few moments of your time. You can simply follow the steps below:

2- Select a property listing plan               

3- Submit your property

We offer three property listing plans. Free, Plus and Premium.

Yes, you can always edit, and modify your listed property at any time.

Your property will be live on our platform within maximum 72 hours of your submission.

Basically, we review every new property listing to make sure that the content is in compliance with hedgini’s terms of use. If your listing is not in compliance with our terms of use, we would disapprove your listing. 

We encourage you to make sure your listing is complete, has photos, and has the complete address (with unit number where applicable). hedgini also does not support listings that are for sale and for rent simultaneously, only for rent will be published.

The interested tenants will contact you by filling out a property inquiry form that is attached to your listing and then you will receive these inquiries via email. 

We do not charge fees to modify your listed property.

You’re entitled to a refund if you purchased a plan but you did not list your property. However, we do not refund you once your property is listed on our platform.

It is scientific digital assessment that gives landlords an indication whether the tenant has intention/willingness to pay rent regardless of the current financial situation of the tenant.

1. This assessment does not assess the credit profile of the tenant.
2. The results generated by our tenant willingness assessment are for information purposes only and are not binding and must not be construed as a recommendation.

Our free and paid listing plans include free tenant willingness assessment so select the right listing plan for you, list your property and then determine who would be your potential tenant.

Once you determine your potential tenant, email us at tenant@hedgini.ca include your full name, your platform username, email address, property title and your tenant’s name and email address.

Once we have all the details, we will send your tenant an invitation by email to complete tenant willingness assessment.
