Hedgini Inc. does not accept any responsibility whatsoever for the accuracy of the following services and you are yourself responsible for interpreting the results, credit rating or scores of the following services:
- Tenant willingness assessment, and;
- Tenant Credit Screening, and;
- Tenant Income Verification, and;
- Hedging Rental Income (Extended Hedge).
Hedgini does not furnish advisory services and any actions taken based on the Tenant willingness assessment, Tenant Credit Screening, Tenant Income Verification and Hedging Rental Income (Extended Hedge) remain your sole responsibility.
Any liability on the part of Hedgini for damages resulting from the use of the Tenant willingness assessment, Tenant Credit Screening, Tenant Income Verification, and Hedging Rental Income (Extended Hedge) are entirely excluded.
